Please note:
the Rome city council has introduced a new tourist tax of Euro 3,5 per person per night, not applicable for children under 2 years, the tax must be payd upon arrival at check in, only cash will be accepted.
The time of the check-in is from 16.00p.m. to 20.00p.m.
A fee for a late check-in will be applyed, from 20:00 to 22:00 the cost is € 30,00 and for later than 22:00 the cost is € 50.00 to be paid in cash at the check in.

Final cleaning fee is Euro 50,00, to be paid at your arrival.

The check-out must be within 10.00 a.m. to allow thorough cleaning of the house.
The first set of linens (towels and sheets) is included in the price, if you need an additional change during your stay, the same is  charged at € 15 per person and generally a one day notice must be given.
The apartment is in a residential build so we ask to no make noise during night hours.
